​The bakery, re-established in 2012 by Taylor and Rebecca Henson, has changed throughout the years, but the emphasis on fresh, always from-scratch food has remained constant.  Because Rebecca truly cultivated her love of baking, cooking (and eating) through travel, she uses a no frills approach to the food that comes out of her kitchen.  
Everyone in the Wildflour kitchen believes that simple, well-prepared food always tastes the best!  Whether you want to start your day with a shot of espresso or feel like taking a few pies home to share with family, the bakery is a perfect spot to make yourself at home.
